A hobby

Hey guys. Today, I listened to an old song. I remembered a hobby of mine. So, I have something to write down what I am working on it right now. It is not much special. Anyway, just do it. I really like translating English song lyrics to Vietnamese. The reason is I would like to apply romantic words, beautiful words in Vietnamese to that song. In particular, you know, we don't know exactly that word in English is what word in Vietnamese. Therefore, I am free to create as long as the meaning is relatively similar. It leads to what I wanna say. Is it interesting? Let me give you an example. When you tell me that you love me (Diana Ross ft. Westlife)    I wanna hold you close under the rain. I wanna kiss your smile and feel the pain. I know what is beautiful looking at you In a world of lies, you are the truth Anh muốn ôm em thật chặt dưới những cơn mưa Anh muốn hôn lên nụ cười của em và cảm nhận nỗi đau Anh biết vẻ đẹp là thế nào khi nhìn vào em Trong thế dưới đầy sự giả dối này,...

The past, the present and the future

Those are not the English tenses. This is not an English topic, either. Indeed, I would like to tell you my personal opinion as well as my memories. I am pretty sure that you have heard this before. Stuff like that: Learn from the past, live in the present, believe in the future. Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift. That why we call it is the present. Or life is a journey, not a destination. So, What type are you? Do you live for the present, the past, or the future? I am not sure what type I am. I remember something that happened in the past of my life from my childhood when I can remember until called the past. I am living and studying in the present. I would also really like toward the future.  However, I have some ideas to tell you right here. Do you know what? I live with the misses. I think. Obviously, it was in the past. I miss the roads I have been gone through. I miss that time when I sat on a bus and seen outside. I miss corners I discovered when ...

When you tell me that you love me

When you tell me that you love me (Albert Hammond and John Bettis) I wanna call the stars down from the sky. I wanna live a day that never dies. I wanna change the world only for you. All the impossible I wanna do. I wanna hold you close under the rain. I wanna kiss your smile and feel the pain. I know what is beautiful looking at you In a world of lies, you are the truth And baby, Every time you touch me. I become a here. I'll make you safe no matter where you are And give you everything you ask for Nothing is above me I am shining like a candle in the dark  When you tell me that you love me I wanna make you see just what I was, Show you the loneliness and what it does You walked into my like to strop my tears Everything is easy now I have you here And baby, Every time you touch me. I become a here And make you safe no matter you are And bring you everything you ask for Nothing is above me I am shining like a candle in the dark  When you tell me that you love me Incheon, Octo...

English learning #4 (more!!)

MUST-KNOWN when learning a language. Today is October 10, 2020. It is a beautiful number. I will make the effort to write down this blog to have a memorable  day   In my opinion, language is a difficult subject. What do you think? Someone is very good at like  completely  a native speaker, someone is not. After a long time, I've been learning English as if it is gonna last my whole life. I collected some must-known skills to learn a language in general. 1. Natural learning language in the form: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. It is the way of children's receiving and producing language. You have to listen a lot. When you have input, you will have output to speak. Reading and writing are followed right after that.  However, when I learn English in middle school and high school, even at university in Vietnam. It is completely opposite. I simply studied grammar and vocabulary. 2. You have to apply flexibility between your mother tongue and the lang...
