After buying a kitchen scale, I now can make my own cakes, and I really enjoy baking. I especially love watching the oven as the cakes rise, feeling the excitement and anticipation as a child. The experince reminds me of a feeling I thought I had lost for a long time. To make them successfully, certain techniques must be carefully followed. Below are some of the cakes I have made.
